Feel only saves what is essential to be a caring companion for you, such as your display name and email, the conversations and memories you ask Feel to remember, your mood reflections, to-dos, and documents you intentionally upload. Everything is organized safely in your private space.

We promise that your personal stories and conversations will never be used to train or refine public AI foundation models. All conversations are processed privately through secure, enterprise-grade channels designed to keep your thoughts strictly between you and Feel.

To ensure reliable and safe operations, we use trusted cloud infrastructure with strict encryption and access control, ensuring your data is stored in isolated, secure databases that protect your privacy around the clock.

You hold complete choice over what Feel remembers and what Feel forgets. You can inspect, modify, or ask Feel to forget specific moments anytime. If you choose to delete your account, your memories and records will be permanently wiped from our database.

Under privacy laws including Thailand's PDPA, you have full rights to request access, receive a copy, update your details, request deletion, or ask to pause processing of your records whenever you wish. We are always ready to help you with any request.

Your data is protected with high-grade encryption both in transit and at rest, backed by modern security safeguards that prevent unauthorized access and keep your records safe.
